The governor-elect of Ekiti state, Kayode Fayemi, on Thursday, led some members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the residence of Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate in the Osun state governorship election, Iyiola Omisore.
Fayemi's visit comes 24 hours after Senate President, Bukola Saraki, also paid a visit to the politician in Ile Ife, Osun state.
Recall that TORI News had reported on Monday that the national leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bukola Saraki, met Omisore in Ile Ife, in a bid to persuade the former PDP member to transfer his supporters to Ademola Adeleke, the PDP candidate in the Osun guber election ahead of the Thursday rerun.
