If you thought that Drake-Pusha-T-Kanye-West drama was over, they have another thing coming at you as of this morning. On Thursday, Drake and French Montana released "No Stylist," which re-ignited Drake's feud with Kanye West.
In the song, Drake raps, "Keep it a G, I told her don't wear no 350s 'round me." FYI, Kanye's Adidas shoes are called Yeezy 350s. Clever guy.
And just two hours ago, Kanye took to Instagram to discuss this lil feud he's got going on and how Kanye and his music partner, Pusha T, told the world that Drake has a son on "The Story of Adidon."
Kanye started by confessing he was maybe, potentially, probably in the wrong when he didn't tell Pusha T not to expose Drake's personal life, but he didn't and here we are. Kanye then went on to say Drake is "too smart" to be making songs that go "Kiki do you love me?," which he sings in "In My Feelings," because it sounds too similar to Kim Kardashian's name, and Kanye doesn't want anyone thinking Drake and Kim are dating. For what it's worth, Drake didn't immediately deny those rumors while Kim did deny that she is Kiki.
Kanye also implied Drake is a little messy because Drake allegedly tried to mention Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner's names in one of his songs even though Drake is friends with Travis Scott.
After "The Story of Adidon" dropped, Kanye said he and Drake never had a feud, but these Insta videos and songs tell another story.
Kanye said:
"It ain't no beef … We all got love for Drake. We understand that he got upset about ["The Story of Adidon"]. I feel that it was insensitive for [Drake] to, in any way, stress me out in any way after TMZ, while I'm in Wyoming healing, pulling all the pieces together, working on my music. And you know, we'll reconcile that one day because we got to, because we got work to do, and these voices is just too powerful."
Time will tell when that day finally comes
