Fayose arrives Court
The immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has arrived at the Federal High Court in Lagos amid tight security.
He arrived around 8:30 am on Monday morning in a white Toyota Hiace bus in the company of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), officials to the court for his trial.
The former governor is facing an 11-count charge of conspiracy and money laundering.
His arraignment before Mojisola Olatoregun is currently ongoing and charges are being read to him.
Fayose is being defended by a former Attorney General of the Federation, Kanu Agabi.
